Leg workouts & STS

I like to work my legs with weights twice a week. I see with the STS program you only need to work them once a week. Can I incorporate another leg workout in the week? If so when and how?
 
STS leg Workouts

Yes, you can do the leg workouts twice per week if you prefer to. Just always make sure to get at least 48 hours rest between leg workouts if you do this. The same is true if you plan on doing the upper body workouts twice per week.
