I am on the second day of the second week. In other words, I am on disc 5. When I did the tricep cross overs I could not do 15 at 17.5 pounds. So should I change anything to reflect that? Should I change my 1 max rep? Thanks

If you can't finish the reps, you need to lower your weight. If you put in however many reps you did complete w/the 17.5# weight in the workout manager (input it as your 1RM), it will auto recalculate for future workouts, what weight you should really be using for that exercise.
