I need help with 1 Rep Max

I can't tell how to do many of the exercises by reading the name of it. A previous post stated there would be a tutorial. Are you any closer to that? I want to have all of them completed before delivery.
Now that the presale has ended, is there a target date for shipping?

Another poster gave me this idea, many of the exercises are displayed in the STS blog, of course not all of them, but it helped. I've also used some of my weight lifting books to help figure out some of them, and I figure there are just some I will not get and will just have to apply the weights of a similar exercise.
