How do I get just the SQUAT RACK video?

I bought the 36 bundle of STS (without the squat rack DVD) and now I want those DVDs. Is there a way to purchase JUST the squat rack exercises since I have everything else? I don't see just that option on the shop cathe page. (Unless I am reading something wrong).

Also, can someone please explain to me how the videos are packaged? I have my bundle but havne't started it yet due to an injury. I was thinking if I can't purchase JUST the squat rack videos I would trade for them. But are the squat rack videos incorporated into a bunch of videos or are they separate videos so I can easily swap? (does that make sense?)

In other words, I have PURE STRENGTH that I would like to trade for just the squat rack portion of STS. But if the squat rack portion is incorporated into multiple videos, I don't want to swap since I would lose parts of my STS videos.

Here is where you can purchase just the squat rack DVDs for STS:

The DVDs are bundled but each workout has its own disc. So there are 2 cases for Meso 1, each case includes 6 DVDs, each DVD has one workout on it. This applies to Meso 2 & 3 as well. The Squat Rack DVD is in 1 case and includes the leg workouts for Meso 3 only (it does not include the 2 upper body discs as these are in the Meso 3 cases.

So in other words, purchasing the squat rack DVD I linked above will not give you duplicate STS workouts.

I still have a question. I went to the link and it says:

So I am reading it as I would get 12 DVDs...but NOT the squat rack routines.

Also, thanks for your packaging information. It sounds like the Squat Rack Routines are only used for Meso 3. There are no squat rack routines in Meso 1 or Meso 2?

So if I purchased (or swapped) for just the Squat Rack routines...it would be only one case of DVDs (and how many DVDs are included in this one case?)

I think the description is wrong. If you go to Shop Cathe and select STS Strength Series along the side, all of the STS options show up (I also put a link below to that page). The second from the bottom is the one I linked you too and the description on it (before clicking on it) says 4DVD set.

There are no squat rack routines for Meso 1 or 2 which is why the optional squat rack DVD purchase includes only 4 DVDs (1 disc for each workout).

Just wanted to add. The description is definitely wrong. It is the exact same description as Meso 3 with the Plyo Legs (so not including the squat rack). In fact the description says "STS mesocycle #3 (12 DVD set) - Optional squat rack routines sold separately" which cannot be right if you are considering what you are purchasing is the option squat rack routines which are sold separately at the $49.97 instead of the $99.97 for Meso 3 using Plyo Legs.
