FYI for those without barbells and the 1RM!

I had to go change a couple of test results when I remembered that since I do not own a barbell, I had to figure out the total weight of 2 dumbbells, as opposed to 1 weighted barbell..

EX...bench press..I originally put 35 pounds down, forgetting that I had to account for each dummbell, so I changed it to 70.

Would that make me a real, uhhhhhh....dumbell for forgetting to do that???
