I am super sore after STS disc 9 yesterday & I think what I did wrong was forgetting the stretch! Did anybody experience this?

Forgetting to stretch won't help but TRUST ME there is a very good chance you'd STILL be super sore afterwards!
I did disk 9 on Sunday and am still super sore today! I started to feel it when I woke up in the middle of the night Sunday night! I knew it was gonna be bad and I STRETCHED! ![]() We are not the only ones...I've had a few others say the same thing about disc 9!

Ok it took 3days to go away soreness on my inner thigh, STS disc 9 is a killer! I did my Disc 10 this am & planning to do Intensity later when my sick daughter fall asleep.

I went out to Target today and got one of those foam roller thingies. I hope that thing helps me with the soreness!!

I have Disc 9 scheduled for tomorrow. No matter how many times I do it, it always pains me for DAYS afterwards :O

Yikes you guys are scaring me! I did Disk 9 today. What a butt burner that was! I hope I can walk tomorrow!
