So i am at a point where the bb is about 45/50 lbs for chest press. I am finding it really hard to get on to the bench with out a tower. AND feel like i need a spot person. I think the tower would solve this for me. BUt i am not sure its gonna work in such a small apt! Anyone have other suggestions to get threw this part of sts. I am on my last week of m2 and can only imagine what it would be like in meso 3!!!!! thanks

I was in the same boat as you. I was trying to push 70lbs up to the starting position and it was virtually impossible, not to mention dangerous. I ended up getting a weight bench. There was nothing else to do, except lift lighter...That being said, I think the tower is relatively small for what it does.
