Thank you for the thread helping me understand STS. :) I preordered on the first day (with hesitation) because I love your workouts, but I confess that the detailed blog description and some of the posts Chris wrote made it sound very technical and complex. :eek: This sounds doable and effective! I am looking forward to STS after reading this and seeing the first few blog pictures. This other way of determining my one-rep max without a calculator is much more appealing to me too. ;-) Thank you for sharing this. :)

Will the one-rep max stay the same for the whole rotation, or will we need to test this after each cycle and make adjustments along the way as we get stronger? Can I do the leg workout and one of the upper body workouts on consecutive days if this fits my schedule better?
