Any video of 1RM workouts?

Hi All,

Are there any videos of each 1RM workout? I just received my STS handbook yesterday and see a snapshot photo of each workout but am not quite sure how to actually do some of the workouts (properly). I am new to Cathe, so am not familiar with some of her moves. Others I can figure out on my own.

I do see "Cathe TV - STS" and some exercises are shown, but it isn't indexed so I can easily find.

You just go the Workout Manager and click on the 1RM Calculator icon and then Select STS and the STS disc number you want to select an exercise for. Then just click the play button when the video appears. You can also view exercise video clips if you Print an STS workout card through the "Calendar Icon" in the Workout Manager.
