I'd love to see Cathe and crew grunting it out with those heavy weights! I'd also like to see a clip (or two) from Ab Circuits.
Hubby and I are all set up to begin the program, which should conclude for us somewhere around/near my 40th birthday. (and these clips are motivating us in the meantime!!!)
