July and August RT'ers,

WIth the Forums about to "go dark" for perhaps several days, it is EXTREMELY important (especially for the July Gang) that we Coordinators be able to communicate with you via e-mail. As far as we have been able to determine, we have good e-mail addresses for all of you. I am concerned, though, because I see several questions getting posted here on the RT Forum about which we have already e-mailed lots of information.

By now you ALL should have quite a few e-mails from us, and many of them included attachments -- PDF documents (readable and printable from Adobe Reader) with tons of info for you about the weekend. You should have this:

**E-mail requesting your basic travel data
**Lots of e-mails about the Cathe RT Who's Who Book [DEADLINE HAS ALREADY ELAPSED FOR ALL BUT WAIT LISTERS]
**PDF file re: Use of Cathe's Gym
**PDF file re: Rapid Rover Shuttle transport
**PDF file re: Packing List & Tips
**PDF file re: In Case of Emergency Contact Info
**PDF file re: Release of Liability for Cathe dot Com/SNM

Those last two documents, by the way, MUST come to NJ with you, kids -- please take the time to read them very carefully, fill them out and sign them.

(Let me anticipate a question ;-) -- We have NOT published an itinerary yet -- that's being finalized now and will be going out within a few days).

Please check your e-mail, including your SPAM folder and any alternate e-mail addresses you may have. If you have not gotten a half-dozen or so e-mails from us within the last 3 weeks, E-MAIL ME IMMEDIATELY (DO NOT POST HERE AS THE FORUMS ARE GOING DOWN SOON).
