RTers, important e-mail alert!!!!

Hi everyone!

In today's e-mail you will find three separate e-mails from us, containing three PDF documents with important RT info -- Packing Tips (like Lorrayne posted here), Info on Using Rapid Rover (like what was posted here), and Info on Using Cathe's Gym (for you as well as for any friends or family who may be accompanying you).

Earlier this week you should have received an e-mail from us containing two extremely important forms that need to be printed, filled out by you and brought to New Jersey. They are an Emergency Contact ("ICE") form and a Release form.

We recommend that you print and carefully read ALL of the documents we've been sending you. Then put them into your own ring-binder Road Trip notebook. A little skinny one will cost you $2.50 or so at Office Depot (and my grocery store even has these, in fact). You'll find that we've formatted everything with a wide left margin to accommodate making this kind of notebook. The three of us each carry one with our endless array of RT organizing stuff. I can tell you it's invaluable for me, especially when I'm having a menopause moment! ;-)
