Driving from Hudson Valley NY--Anyone Want to Carpool?

I live near the Tappan Zee bridge north of NYC--just wondering if anyone in the area or in northern Jersey would like to carpool with me. I can drive my little Mazda 5 but would love to split gas with someone. Just PM me or post here if interested.

Lainie, sorry to say (but you already know) that I don't live in the Hudson Valley but I'm happy to see you'll be at the road trip!! I somehow thought you were not going.

Hi Beth, yes I remember you. Will you be at the August RT as well? Or July? I realized later that I didn't mention which one I was going to in this thread.

Luckily, I've found someone with whom I can carpool who only lives a few miles away.

Not from NY, or even going on the Aug RT, but I wanted to say that as I read the subject of this post, my DH is playing "New York State of Mind" on the piano, right at the part where it goes "I'm just taking a greyhound on a Hudson River line", just as I'm reading "Hudson Valley NY"

That is a little weird. Have you ever been in the Hudson Valley, though? It's gorgeous--I never knew how pretty until I moved here a couple years ago.

I'm going in July -- and now that you mention it, I do remember that I saw you were going in August and was sorry we won't meet (this year anyway). Hope you find a carpooler!
