I can not WAIT to hear what all you August Road Trippers have to say after you come home from your RT in 2 weeks.
I just got home....walked in the door and got my dirty laundry in the washer right away (stinky stuff)! We had a BLAST, and I simply can't wait to you all to have the same experience I had this past weekend. Cathe and all the FUN we had this weekend doesn't compare to anything I've done in a long time. There were quite a few times that my FRIENDS and I were laughing so hard we had tears in our eyes. The today as we all hugged and said our Good Byes, there were tears again. MEMORIES! JUST YOU WAIT! HAVE A BLAST! Gayle

Gayle - I cannot wait to go!!! That Friday class really got me pumped up for the August RT. I'll just have to be careful what I eat before the step class this time.
 I'm glad you had such a good time!!!

Actually I am looking forward to a very low key time catching up with a few friends and catching some great Cathe workouts. I did the hoopla last year.

Beavs, that's exactly what my friends and I did this year. This was the 3rd time around for me, and 2nd for many others, and we were really calm and relaxed the whole weekend (with the exception of a LOT of laughing and carrying-on). My group of 7 arrived Wednesday and Thursday and THAT was worth the money that we paid to take this trip. It was fun, however, to see the first-timers do all the 'hoopla'. Seriously, as adults, it's FUN, regardless of whether you're there for the Cathe hoopla or the reunion with friends.
Liann-yeah...watch what you eat. The spread they had in the studio was really good. Oh, and I may be coming to the Friday morning step class in August! Keep ya posted! Melissa-Did ya read what I just told Liann? I may be there Friday morning. I'm really going to try to make it happen. Gayle
