Welcome, Ellie...and yes, you're allowed to be human and have screw-ups from time to time, just start fresh...not about how many time you fall, it's about how many times you rise!

I had the greatest WW dinner last night, a WW chili recipe that was outstanding, I made sure to have enough points to have 2 servings, and so glad I did.

Just had my multi-grain cheerios w/a cup of blueberries, haeding to the gym soon to gain some AP's!!!!
