Trying to Fit Yoga In for Wed March 12

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Barry's Bootcamp Fat Burn Upper Body followed by Mission Lower, Mission Abs and Part of Mission Upper. Workout was 69" and I burned 367 calories.

Yesterday I did Seasun's Straight Up Step cardio for 45 minutes. I'm running late again........................Must go get ready for work....running a bit late again. Time change has me draggin' butt in the AM.

Jen - I noticed over at VF that someone posted saying they did that entire Core Kickbox Crosstrain (or whatever it's called) with Patricia Moreno and it was a tough workout.

Umm, I miss my daily 'food porn' segment on this thread.

Ok I am over it, I should not be missing it, because today I am on a sugar/white carb detox. Yesterday I hit a new high with the amount of white carbs a person can ingest. Why, you ask? Who knows, but the main reason is because it was there.

Today I am sticking to protein shake and more protein. Oh,and lots of water.

Today will also be back/biceps or a Legs/Back day.

Lora-how is work going for you this week?

Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was Squeeze. It sure didn't feel like a recovery workout! I can't believe how different that workout is....I tremble lifting 3 pounds. Crazy!!! I would love to get this in 3 times this week since I can tell it really works things differently.

Lora-I haven't seen you talk about Seasun for awhile. Is she coming out with anything new soon?
