Trying to Fit Yoga in For Thurs May 31

This morning I did Kick Punch & Crunch. Burned 410 calories. Then I did Power Squeeze for lower body and abs and Yoga Zone for Flexibility 20".

Gotta Run - have to go to grocry store and then over Mom's to take care of some things and run errads.
 
Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was Ripped Triceps twice through plus abs. I added Step Reebok Original WO for cardio but stopped at the 30 min mark. It's TTOM for me and I felt very sluggish with the cardio. I actually started off doing Cathe's Timesaver # 1 which has the step portion of Step Pump and Jump, but I quickly realized that today was not the day for complex choreography. Glad I got my workout in-I was not sure I would, since I felt tired from the minute I got home from work.

Lora-Hope everything went okay with your mom today! Nice calorie burn this morning! I should be around this weekend. I am going to a jewelry party on Saturday and I think we are going to celebrate my aunt's birthday on Sunday, but other than that no major plans.
