Trying To Fit Yoga in for Monday June 2

Morning Ladies -

Today I did Day 1 of Warp Speed again with intervals on the Rebounder and incline step after the weight portion and metabolic circuits. I'm running late....so I won't list everything here. Workout was 60" with cooldown/stretch and I burned 510 calories.

The movie wasn't that good yesterday. It was just okay. Not anywhere near Summer Blockbuster status in my opinion.

Yve - the Doctor's office fired me 1 month after hiring me on full time from the temp agency. They said I wasn't picking up enough speed. I got a job at a local Nissan Dealer as a receptionist. I started it exactly one week after I lost my other job. I work some long days and after I'm trained, I'll be working Saturdays.....6 days a week, but will get to leave early one day during the week. The pay is low and benefits are minimal...but the enviroment is good.

Gotta run.......running late for work.

Have a great day everyone. I ended up buying 2 DVDs Living Room Yoga that were suggested in one of my fitness mags.
