Trying to Fit Yoga In for Friday Dec 7

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Tracey Staehle's Bootcamp Mix from the Parts Series. I skipped the 2nd set of abs and did the chest part instead since this premix misses the chest. Workout was 69" and I burned 327 calories.

Jen - work wasn't too bad yesterday cuz we don't have patients on Thursdays and I got to leave early since I'm too new to work on my own. I posted insurance payments and learned a few other things.

Yve - sorry to hear about your carpal tunnel. I always fall asleep in Child's Pose!
