Is there a beginner's check in?

I am working on the beginner's rotation and am new to Cathe. I am looking for some accountability to keep me motivated and on track. My goals are to lose the weight (about 15 lbs.)that I gained after 2 pregnancies and a hysterectomy within 5 years. I used to be a die hard Firmie and have been disappointed by their latest ventures. I remember hearing about Cathe years ago when I was in the midst of working out all the time, but I thought she was way too advanced for me. I am excited about the beginner rotation and am enjoying getting to know her and her workouts.
