Heyyy, everyone!!

Jean, after all your kind wishes for everyone else, how are YOU? Did you have a good day?

I did a long workout - MIC, B&G bonus abs, a break, then 45 min TM. Heavy focus on cardio today. Then took daughter and son to the mall - my 15 year old daughter wanted more highlights for high school. It took more than two hours! Fun to be with them, though.
