STS Fit Chicks Question?

Hi Ladies,
I opened another thread because I want some opinions. I consider myself a very fit person. I just finished week 1 of STS and while I like it, I have to say I thought it would be harder. I find Butts and Gutts to be a "hard" workout". It just doesn't seem like this is all that hard. I'm NOT complaining, just trying to figure out if I'm alone, or if others feel this way. I'm not sweating up a storm, or having trouble lifting...maybe it's the sequencing of the exercises, or the fact that we only do each exercise once. I did do the 1RM's, so I know I'm using the right weight......Any thoughts??? And again, I love Cathe and I do like STS....just not as hard or as tough as I thought it would be...
