Slow and Heavy week of Sept. 13

I was up late watching the football game last night so I had to drag myself out of bed this morning. I completed SH Back and Chest and some planks for a great "wake me upper".

I will do push ups before going to bed this evening.
 
Yesterday was a rest day. Today was Step Moves. I am on week two of the push ups so I will do more this evening. I am the program and I do feel a little stronger than last week, but this week requires more so I will see how it goes.

FabAbs, I hope you are okay. We haven't heard from you in a few days.
 
Slow and Heavy Biceps and Triceps for a great upper body workout today. I completed 1 1/2 set of lying tricep extensions with 8lbs...for more progress. I am aiming to get 2 sets in there.
