LIC timesaver blast and STS no equipment abs for me. First night of DD's play! Last night was a late night with dress rehearsal and tonight promises to be late also! It will be great though!

I'm thinking maybe the stationary bike today but not for sure yet.......

It's much chillier today and maybe some rain. We were outside most of the day yesterday doing yard work over at my parents house. You'd think with all that fresh air, sunshine and exercise I'd sleep !!!

What play are they doing, Phyllis??? This is the real rush after all the hard work. What a reward, yes?

Today was MM Upper body, then I added the abs and then did stretchmax 1.

More cuts coming at my work, not surprised but really doing alot of praying...
