outdoor running first time in 13 years (11 mile run)

Today for the first time in 13 years I ran outdoors in honor of my beloved brothers 1 year death anniversary. It was the best run I have had in a long time I will forever remember and cherish how inspirational my run felt to me.

Wow Lourdes that's awesome!! You should be proud of yourself and I am sure your brother would be. (((hugs))) for the loss of your brother. I lost one 7 years ago and I know how hard it can be.

Thank you for the inspiration. I will do something like that for my brother as well. What a great idea. My brother died July 28, 1980. 28 years ago. He was 21 at the time. I miss him with all my heart.
