I'm going to commit to an 8 week rotation of Supersets 2x a week, a day of yoga, 4 days of hardcore cardio..one of those days being some sort of DM premix.
I'm just in the mood for something new, need to shake things up!!
Only problem with that concept, Ellie, is I usually work out in the evening, so I won't know until I actually do the workout which workout it is that I'm going to do...got it???
