Hey ladies!! Hope you all are having a good weekend. Today is mine and DH's 11 wedding anniversary!! We have no plans. I need to make up my missed upper body w/o from yesterday.
Linda, how in the world do you hold a 42 pound db for pullovers? Do your fingers fit around it ok? Maybe I should just try. I can do 35 without a problem, but if I get sweaty I worry that I am gonna lose it :+ Do you add plate mates to a 40 to get 42? Sorry for so many ?s
As far as the pull ups and chin ups interfering with my other workouts- I am not sure. I usually do my chin ups with legs. So it doesn't seem to interfere there. I was doing pullups with my heavy upper body supersetted with chest. I do think that may hinder my chest progress. So, that's why I did them yesterday morning with my cardio. Of course I had planned to do upper body last night, but didn't get to it. So I will do it today.
