Morning Sweeties,
Eating was good again yesterday, but then again my stomach has been bothering me lately. So I can't take all the credit.
I was dragging when I got out of bed this morning. Anyway, the workout was three straight sets of 12 with 1:30 rests.

Then did ab work. Didn't realize how sore my abs were until I did the first BB rollout! OUCH!
