Morning Sweeties,

Did well with my eating yesterday. Just have to keep it up now!

This morning was two straight sets of eight with a 60 second rest. Feel like I pulled something in my shoulders during the SLDL's, not happy about that at all. Good news is shin and back feel okay today!

Back
CG Pullups
6/6 **My best so far**

Chest
7 - 92#
7 - 90# **these were just not happening**

Hamstrings
SLDL's
8/8 - 110#

Shoulders
Upright Rows
8/8 - 62#

Calves
Barbell Calf Raises
Front/Out/In 10/10 each - 135# **calves were on fire**

Triceps
Lying DB Extensions
8/8 - 20's **tried 25's but felt like I had no control, funny because I can do a 50# barbell**

Then did some hanging ab work. Also did SB 1, 2 & Challenge Premix.

Not sure what I will get into today, want to try and rest the shoulder!

Have a great day!

Linda

T-9 days.....

Ok, lets try this again! My eating hasn't been that great as far as sweets go! I haven't been eating that much of it but to much really. Thats why I haven't been checking in regularly!

So lets try this again. I did have a small peice of a cookie before I left work but my long run today should off set that.
Yesterdays workout was GS UB and a run. My UB and abs are sooo sore! Its nice though:)

I will be back later!!!
Lori:)

Linda, great job on those pull ups!! I hope that shoulder is just a minor tweak

Lori, don't sweat a small piece of cookie!!

My foot is a fair bit sore today after the injection, which is normal. But I really, really want to workout tonight x( I am scheduled for legs and weighted chin ups. I know that I can do the chin ups, but not sure about legs without aggravating it. I will play it by ear.

Eating good except a small daily dose of dark chocolate :9

Hello Friends,

Lori - I agree with Catherine, don't sweat the cookie and I am sure your workout will more than make up for it! Just get back here and start checking in again. I know you are all over the place, but even if you just drop us a line it might be enough to help you over the hurdle.

Catherine - Hope you can get your workout in later. see, my problem with dark chocolate is it can never be just a small dose. I don't know when to quit so I just have to stay away from it!

Hey Ladies!
It's been a while and I've been BAD! I think the extra stress at work, the getting home late, and the worrying about the many projects on the go has really done a number on me. My eating has been really bad this past week and all I seem to want is sweets. x( HELP!!

I am hoping things will slow down next week and I can get it together again. On a positive note, I did BC last night. That's a good one!!

Good to hear you're all doing well

Maggie

Oh Maggie, you are making me want to pull out BC!!! I totally know what you mean about stress making it so hard to eat well!!

I did not workout this evening. Well, I did do chin-ups with ankle wts. I had planned to do those and see how the foot did and maybe do my leg workout. Got finished with chin-ups and foot was throbbing. So I figured best not to proceed. Listening to your body is hard sometimes, but I think the right thing to do.

So here are my results-Weighted Chins 4/23:
2 sets of 5 with 3.3# added
2 sets of 5 with 4.25# added
2 sets of 4 with 4.25# added
Then did 3 sets of 4 wide grip pullups with the lightest band.

Hope everyone is doing ok!!

Catherine - I truly believe you are obsessed with chins and pull ups! Have you thought about getting therapy for this? LOL!

Great job, BTW. Don't mind me I am just jealous!
