Cleaned up my eating yesterday. Pretty happy with how I did overall.

Developed a burning pain in my left shin yesterday so was worried about doing cardio today. So I stayed away from the CCs and did LIC timesaver cardio premix followed by LIS cardio only, skipping the warmup. I thought it best to also avoid high impact. Leg came through workout okay, but still a little sore, but now I have a back muscle that is all cramped up.

Linda good job on cleaning things up. And you are smart to listen to your body and stick to low impact. I know, been there done that and still doing it ;) Hope your back gets uncramped!!

No workout for me today. This afternoon is podiatrist and hopefully an injection to make my foot better.

Hey ladies! I just have a quick moment:
Did standing PLB and tacked on intervals 6-10 from Imax 3. Spent all afternoon at the zoo studying the Pinnipeds and Cetaceans. For those who read this that aren't geeks, Pinnipeds means "finned footed" (seals/walruses) and Cetaceans are whales/dolphins. DS got to be assistant trainer and give the dolphins hand signals to do tricks. AWESOME!

Linda, THERE IS STILL HOPE! YOU CAN DO IT! I also think that you are wise to listen to your body. :)

Catherine, I am really hoping that this shot works for you for good. I can feel your pain - I hate to be out for any reason for any length of time and am extremely independant. But, on the other hand, you could use it as an excuse to get DH to pamper you. ;)
