Hey, guys...

An hour of solid cardio for me today, Cathe's rotation for June calls for step, which I don't do, so I'll probably end up doing my own thing...jacks, jogging, plyo moves...your basic cardio goulash, I suppose.
 
S&H Tris (heavy) + PH Tris (moderate) + 10-10-10 Cardio...

Was supposed to do Power Yoga in the afternoon, but instead took a 1-hour siesta!!!

SH Check/Back this morning. Underwater world was fun, but kind of expensive. He liked Lego land much better, and we are now playing with a lego pirate ship.

I did Slow Heavy as well.Jerry don't be afraid to try the step.You will get it.There is a learning curve but I believe everyone can learn - like driving.Patience & practice.
