Hey, guys....

Today was a 45 minute run, followed by 100 crunches, some plank work, and stretch segment from Total Body Stretching.
 
Sounds like you're keeping pretty busy - way to bring it!
I did p90x chest and back today and now I'm off to Yoga class!

98.6F/37C.... hot and humid.... yes June is on it's way!!! :D :D :D

After the rest day I came back with a bang!!! MIS Back/MM Back/MIS Shoulders/MM Shoulders in the morning (lifted pretty heavy while it was still a little cool...) and IMAX 3 in the afternoon (I didn't give it my 110% though because of the heat and humidity...:-( )
Just a few days to go before I start a new rotation with S&H and PH... can't wait!
