Good Morning:)

Today was S&H chest and back. I really gave it my all today, since I really like S&H and don't know when I'll do it again. I did 3 chins and 3 neg. pull ups. I also used my plate mates today. I had a personal best with the weights I used for most excerses with this workout today. I also rested a little longer between sets for chest, so the workout took me about 70 min. today.

Stats:
Chest: each set 8 reps unless otherwise noted
bench press: 3 sets @ 31.25#
bench flys: 2 sets @ 21.25# one set at 20#
incline press: 1st set-30#/6 reps,2nd set- 27.25#/4reps,3rd set- 25#/8reps (really fatiqued myself with the first set of presses)
incline flys: 1st set 20#/8reps, last 2 sets 17#/8reps
pushups: 1 straight leg, the rest on my knees (I was happy, my chest was pumped and I didn't even think I could do any)

back:
DB row: all sets at 20#
DB pullover: 1st set-21.25#, next 2 sets at 25#
deadlift: first set @27.25#, next 2 sets @ 20#

Good Morning!

Today I did HCE#2!:p I had to modify by the time the KM Blast challenge came!
My computer may go out at any minute as i am typing. We need a new modem.

Deanie--Great Workout! How is your back? I am also sad you didn't get a spot on the RT. I have my interview this aft. Wish me luck!
