I totally ROCKED todays workout!!!!! WOO HOO!!! After wednesdays so- so workout, I was not sure how todays would go. But after the first c&p, I knew I would be able to do the whole 5X5!!!!

I AM TOTALLY FEELING IT FOR YOU!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D Sometimes you have to get the crap out to perform well when it really counts. I actually had a coach who was happy at the end of our bad practices before a game: he said that it meant we would play well and win. Looks like you proved the rule!

I could not believe how easily the 35# came up for my RHS, my LHS struggled a little with the last rep, but I still kept good form. I really should have tested myself sooner. :eek:

ETA: I did not do my snatch test today: I was going to wait until about 10 minutes after I'd finished the swings, but by then my back was hurting. :(

Hi Chickas!

I've had a busy weekend. Yesterday I did Pyramid Upper Body and I got up early this morning and ran 7 miles.
