Hi Deanie - Are you using just Pavel's ETK book for the program or are you using Anthony's workbook as well?

Marcy - Good job on the pull ups yesterday!

Today is a rest day for me. Last night I did:

Warm up - Flow drill with 8kg

8 minutes at each station with 20/10 work rest:

  • Snatch L/R 12kg
  • Cleans L/R 16kg
  • Weighted sit ups 25lb plate
Good workout. :)

Good Morning All!

Today was yoga. I did Jennifer Lynn's Flow Yoga. I was great on my leg balances; arm balances not so good with the exception of crane which I held for the entire time which felt like over 60 secs.

Gayle - Nice workout last night. I'll have to try that soon.

Deanie - Glad you're feeling good after Stretch Max.

Hi all today will be a rest day, or maybe not depending on how I feel this evening! I did my second day of ETK and added on a little cardio(Step Blast)....I still have not received my assist band for my pull-ups but it should come today! I also finished one of my term papers today and submitted it! Whoo hoooo hope I did well!

Gayle~ Fun workout!! I am using the AOS workbook for ETK. My brother is doing the program also and he has the AOS workbook as well as Pavels ETK book and dvd. So any questions, I/we could ask him!;)
