I did not get as many workouts in Sept as I had planned on. I'm going to work on being more focused, setting my alarm, keeping my laundry washed, and getting my butt in shape. I hope that our new series is mailed by the end of the week. This week I will be doing 4DS as produced and yoga. Today is Shiva Rae. I'm a little tired, pms
