OMG!!! I feel so much better today!! I took an ambien and got a good nights sleep and so far I feel pretty good. The doggies are actually behaving too. For the first time since I brought them home they are in the same room together without fighting!! Cross your fingers for me ladies!! I will do some step routine today. I think maybe BM2. Tomorrow I will return to lifting and do squats in my new power cage!!!!!!!
