Good Morning
Today was Manmakers 3X, pull ups (never got to them yesterday so I am a day behind) and a 4 min Tabata with my jump rope...just for something different The tabata was HARD!! I tried to increase the # of times I jumped in the 20 seconds, sometimes it was only by 1 or not at all.
this is the first time I did Manmakers 3X, and used kettlebells for the manmaker exercise. I thought the two 20#kbs were easier to use than the 20#dumbells I also used my 30#kb for swings and crush curls/tri. I am definitely getting stronger!
my pullups were:
1 reg.
1 reg.
1 neg
1neg
2 reg. (barely eeked them out!!!!)
I hope everyone had a great weekend. I am soooo not ready to go back to work today!
