WOW, very quiet around here!

I know Michele is gone now & August is probably sleeping, or at least should be, so I doubt anyone is around!

I've had a busy weekend but didn't end up being able to do the APL adoptions yesterday. My dryer was making a really loud noise so I thought I'd call to make an appointment & they were able to come that day but the time given was right during APL. Glad to have it fixed though.

Mom came by after APL & hung out here a bit. We also mixed up water & food for the plants outside, since I paid the $$ for the landscaping guess I should try to keep it alive!!

Yesterday's w/o was Powerstrike, really do like that workout. Today I am not sure WTH is wrong with me but I feel like someone zapped ALL my energy. I feel fine, just no energy. I was in bed at 9 last night, YES 9 ON SAT night & it was tough to drag myself out of bed at 7. Normally I'll hit Meijer then come home & eat a bit of oatmeal & head straight to working out. Today I took a nap on the couch, WHF??? I started my workout around 11 & it felt 10x harder than normal. I did Drill Max drills 1-5, skipped 6, then did B&G floor work. Now, I think I need another nap, ugh. At least I don't have anything planned today- with Chad still being gone I also don't have anything going on tonight. I still miss him but am getting used to it... I forgot how nice it is to not have anyone to think about or consider when making decisions!!!
