Good morning!

All I can say is...BRING ON THE DILL CHEESE!

I love dill. I love buying fresh dill and tearing a bunch into an egg white omelet. Love dill.

What else? I had an interesting gig last night. It was a holiday party http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/char153.gif of mostly Americans working in Japan, and literally NOBODY was looking at the stage. It was like I was doing a little ol' show for me, myself and the MC of the party (also American). I mean, it was bad enough that all throughout my performance, I would periodically look over at the MC and we'd roll our eyes at each other and then laugh. It was a riot!

http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/char118.gif LMAO.

Don't worry, I'm a professional so I made my eye rolls festive and in good spirit. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/char060.gif

Both Mooch and Cham are doing well and there hasn't been any more oddness. We've all been sleeping together and they've got their favorite positions which puts me into a body cast-like position for hours on end LOL. If I'm not flat on my back so that Cham can sit on her throne (aka my stomach), she'll ask me about it until I wake up. "Where is my throne?....Where is my throne? I'm sure I left it here from last night....My throne?....Where is my throne?"

It's so dang cute to hear her talking to me like that that I happily take my flat position, pull down the comforter and reveal her throne. She climbs aboard satisfied, kneads the throne seat pad some ;) and then circles a couple times to get just the right spot. Mooch meanwhile is in the crook of my arm in a ball with his chin up and his head on the bed.

And there I sleep. Motionless. And in pain. LOL.

Okay, stop. This is getting long. And I'm actually getting sleepy again. I need to do laundry and then it's off to the hospital with Mom.

Have a great one!

JENNIFER - Have a great day off! When is it, tomorrow?

>Seville's paws are blcoking my monitor so it's hard to type.

Oh, cutie!

>Ok, I hate IMAX3.

LMAO.

DANA -

>Ralphie downstairs last night to sleep in his crate b/c he was making all sorts of weird gurgling noises.

OMG, I love Ralphie. He sounds adorable.

As for your menu.....I think it sucks-------that I'm not going to be at that dinner. I can't think of anything else I'd add. Unless I could request pecan pie. And Krispy Kreme donuts, please. I know you said you have enough dessert, but I really do think those items would do your menu good.

Yeah, you heard Jennifer, what time's our dinner starting?

MICHELE - Your weather emoticons, LMAO!!

How is your sister doing?

Wow, you're on to your next rotation. Can you believe it? That is so friggen awesome. Jeez, what kind of rotation do you WANT to do? That would be the best way to go. I know when I wanted to do strength training but thought I should do endurance, midway through the rotation I'd switch.

>So, was it new kitty food or a bunny tail?

I really wish I knew. If I'd had the brains to check the little pile I cleaned half-asleep I'd know. All I remember was Guh! guh! guh! and I whipped out of bed to get the paper towels and Nature's Miracle, said "Moocher, you okay? You okay, Moocher?" a bunch of times, saw that he looked like he was fine and saw him go get a drink of water and then I was in bed asleep again.

But both he and Cham are both their normal silly selves, so all must be well.

But I do wonder where that white fluff ball is...

>So, what are the special colored flowers? LMAO!!

I'm so glad you remember Oogi. She's working hard to keep her village clean and pretty. Her most prized possession is a beautiful sky blue rose. It's very rare, and she's only been able to grow one in the entire year she's been playing. We dream of someday having a small garden of sky blue roses. Oogi still has a few more things she needs to collect to really feel boss, so hopefully she'll be able to grow at least another one. Two sky blue roses would qualify as a "small garden," wouldn't it?

Have a nice day! :*

Hi August, how are you? I am so tired... only been home for about an hour, got my hair done tonight and then ran some errands. It is also snowing here, supposed to get about 2-4 inches I guess.

Did you like my e-mails today? Tonight was my off night from working out and guess what I'm doing... shopping on-line now and drinking a glass of wine!!! :)

I ordered this coat & these 2 shirts tonight, what do you think? I am shopping WAY too much lately!

If you want to see a picture of Sport & Storm check out my picture trail, I updated it with a picture of each of them.

The one of Sport is sideways but it is too cute, that is his new trick when I'm on the computer & not paying attention to him!
Edited... Sport is back up on the computer so I took another picture and posted it, this one is not sideways... he is trying to get the words as I type this, he is too cute. :)

I also added a picture of my bicep, think I'm going to start working on it again to see how big I can get it, I've been slacking on the upper body work. Also added a picture of Diana from last week eating out for her b-day, she is 22 already. :)

Hiya, Jen,

I love the clothing you bought! I always envy people who can buy things online. I have this obsessive need to try on every single stupid item of clothing before I can buy it, so buying online is like a fantasy of mine. :D

Jen. Your bicep. It's totally impressive.

OMG, Sport hanging over the computer is hilarious! And that face! And I love the one of Storm on the window thingy! Adorable!

And your sister is really pretty. She looks really happy.

All right. I've just finished my whole wheat toast with pesto sauce and egg-white omelette and am going to water Oogi's flowers and get on my way. x(

:)

Later!

Hello Haters.
TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that it's my day off, I have to shovel again so I can get my car down the driveway.

Jen-Love the clothes and the pics. Your cats are so cute, do they rule your house? Yes, I agree with Auggie. Your bicep is impressive.

This AM, it s/b MM before I shovel and do my running around today. Yesterday was slow in the office so I cannot see it getting busier today. Glad to be gone for a day.

At work, a co-worker of mine made me low fat chicken fetticini alfredo. It tasted pretty good.

Time to go back to bed.

'Mornin' http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/mornincoffee.gif

I'm getting a slow start today. I don't know why -- I slept pretty well last night, but I'm not terribly motivated today for some reason. http://bestsmileys.com/lazy/1.gif

I did 4DS legs and core last night. Is it just me, or do leg workouts exhaust you guys, too? I don't even do cardio on leg day because the workouts themselves ARE cardio for me. I've improved over the past month but HOLY CRAP!, I get so winded and tired http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/gen158.gif . Thank heavens this is a rest day.

I have NO CLUE which direction to go in now that I'm at the end of this rotation -- I think my last workout is Sunday. What would you suggest? I'm leaning towards endurance workouts because I want to lose weight. I've lost a couple of #'s and a few inches this month, and I've made some big strength gains, but I'd like to focus more on weight loss. http://bestsmileys.com/happy/6.gif

Oh no....OMG...I have to do something for my DH before I forget about it. He asked me a week ago and I totally forgot, so he reminded me this morning and I practically forgot again  :p . thank God for smiley searches -- I saw one that triggered my memory http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/char100.gif . I'll BBIAB for personals. :*

Guess what I did!? I got out my Christmas dishes :) . My mom started a collection of Christmas china for me years ago and it's such a treat to use them -- it makes me think of mom. I have a dinner service for 12 and a few other serving pieces. I usually get them out on the 1st of December but I forgot this year  . Here's my dishes -- aren't they cute!?

I'm p-r-o-c-r-a-s-t-i-n-a-t-i-n-g :p :p :p

It's what I do best ;)

Hi Haters. Oy, I feel like Dana! I've been too busy here at work to keep up. My knee still has me sitting still, so tonight workout will be a few cruches.

Michele, I love your dishes.

August, I love Oogi's sky blue rose.

Everyone else, I love you and to all a good night.

Hello Haters.

Just got home from grocery shopping, the good old fashioned Hardware, License bureau, and Bob Evans.. No clean eating here on my day off. I did MM with a 10ound weight increase on my barbell and shoveled snow. Plus, I bought my new day planner for next year.

Michele-Love the dishes. Are they Phaltzgraf or Mikasa?

Sat AM it's finally SB for me. I truly love the workout and the challenge is fun!

BBL.

Hiya robin and Jennifer!

Robin - That whole knee thing really sucks! It's such a drag, especially when you have fitness/weight loss goals http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/sport025.gif . I'm right there with you. My elbow still isn't right and I'm beginning to think it never will be. Did you get a brace? I think you should. Once I started using a wrist brace my arm was markedly improved. Do you have to work this weekend?

Jennifer - ^^^5's on your strength gains!! So, what'd you get at Bob Evans }( :9 ?

My dishes are Spode and the pattern is called Christmas Tree. This pattern has been around forever and there are tons of pieces to go with it. It's a little over the top, actually. It mixes well with my every day dishes which are a plain, cream colored pattern. I have a thing for china, although I didn't put it on my bridal registry. I never felt comfortable asking people to spend boat loads of money on me ;). Anyway, I never did buy fancy china, although my every day pattern is china, but it's not fancy. I chose it because it has historical significance (pieces were excavated in Williamsburg, VA), and it's been in continuous production since about 1760 (my house is kind of Williamsburgyish). Here it is:

>All I can say is...BRING ON THE DILL CHEESE!

And all I can say is BLECH!! LMAO!! I swear, I'll never be able to GTG with you and Dana. I can see it now -- you guys will bullet walk to the nearest seafood joint, leaving me in your wake -- cold and starving http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/char092.gif

Have I mentioned that I only like about 3 things and dill is NOT one of them...or seafood which is often seasoned with dill.

You probably don't want to hear about the huge bag of fresh dill someone gave me from their garden, which I promptly threw away  ;) :p :p :p . Just the smell of that stuff gives me a headache http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/char073.gif

LMAO!!!!!! :p :p :p

Oh man, I would kill to see you on stage. ;)

>Both Mooch and Cham are doing well and there hasn't been any more oddness.

ROTFLMAO!!!

My sister is doing as well as can be expected under the circumstances. We talk just about every day. She will never stop hoping for her ex to come back. She would remarry him in a heartbeat.

>Her most prized possession is a beautiful sky blue rose. It's very rare, and she's only been able to grow one in the entire year she's been playing. We dream of someday having a small garden of sky blue roses.

Jen - I LOVE the coat! The t-shirts are nice, too, but I really love the coat. And OMG! That picture of Sport on your computer is hilarious! :7 You have pretty kitties :+

Hello Michele.

Love the other set of dishes too. With the historical significance, I would be afraid to use them.

After my divorce, I got rid of and gave away an entire seating of 8 of Mikasa Intaglio dishes and bought Fiesta. My Mikasa stoneware was heavy.

My late lunch at Bob Evan's was the deep dish chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes and bread. Very good and large portion. I don't think I will eat until Sat. just before I workout with yogurt. Sat. AM, I'm doing kids club at church so there will be goodies all over the place plus volunteers get lunch too. Pizza is famous for these events.

My day off was great!! Very busy and therapeutic.
