HELLO!

I'm back in Tokyo for a whole MONTH from now!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't tell you how happy I am about that.

I'm totally not caught up with anything that's going on. I've missed you all TONS!

It's late Sunday night here and I've got an early Monday morning, so I'm going to have to keep this short, but I wanted to say hi to you all and to tell you that I'll be getting back to a more normal routine this week.

Just give me a day or two to get back into gear. I promise to be in good form.

Oh no. Mooch was yelping because he wanted to play...with Cham, who is now awake.



I was taking a shower tonight and suddenly I could hear my cell phone beeping because it was out of battery and needed recharging. Why on earth do they make those beeps so dang loud and annoying? i mean, it's worse than any alarm clock I've ever heard.

Or Cham and Mooch have ever heard.

As soon as I heard that dang beeping from the shower, I knew that Cham and Mooch must be having a kniption, so I had to drag my wet butt out into the cold to go into the room where my cell was in order to turn it off. And it's a good thing I did, because both Cham and Mooch were pretty much frozen, both of them with huge eyes and slightly open mouth like WTF?! What is that?!

All right. Stop it! I said I need to sleep. Leave me alone.

Okay...I've raked the yard, been to the grocery store, and now it's time to go workout. Think I'm going to do 4DS Kickbox stopping before lower body then doing CTX Kickbox cardio then some type of lower body, not sure yet, maybe parts of L&G that weren't included in the KPC/L&G premix I did the other day, I'll BB in a bit!

Oh, and August I've known Chad since about mid September I think... how come you are asking?!?!? }(

Hello August and Haters.

Glad you're back, Auggie. That cat video was cute. My boys will lecture me when they're hungry. And, eat the morsels that land on the floor too.
My workout today was shoveling slush from my steep driveway in a rainstorm. So much for HSC today.
One of the guys will be getting a send off soon. Or, he'll be giving me the boot. He says "Oh, I'll go to church when I get a girlfriend". Yeah, right. Where I attend, I have lots of friends and love and support. Plus, I get to take care of the babies in the nursery too. He is concerned about working out, which is good. The bad thing is that he lives in the city I used to when I was married. Never go back.
My sister got all my Christmas gifts for my niece on Friday. Morgan will be trying on all kinds of clothes tonight. They live in upstate NY, which will get pounded from the snowstorm I had. Then, when they visit, I might get her one more thing. Like a baby doll or more clothes.
Friday I have off and might be canceling my date with guy I just told you all about. Nick is in the picture still and so is Steve.

I've had a good Sunday, did 4DSKB cardio, CTX Kickbox cardio, L&G ankle weight work, buns of steel outer thigh work, then later in the afternoon did Glute Camp to see how I like it, I think it will be good for me, light weights- which is what I need to not get any more muscular!

Chad came by this afternoon & hung out & is going to come back by in a while again. His oldest son wanted to go to Church so Chad is taking him, he took him last week also. Right before he was getting ready to leave my power went out! It was out for a while but is back on now- I was having a fit thinking I may not be able to talk to my haters again tonight!!! x( x( I also didn't want to have to leave the kitties & go sleep at Chad's house, I would've felt horrible to leave them but probably would have anyway! }(
