Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for weekend of Christmas!

This morning I did Tracey's Bootcamp Metabolic Conditioning workout 2 , 41 min, 365 calories Max HR 166. I then Did Chalean Extreme Push #2 legs and shoulders 36 min, 251 calories. Total time was 77 min, 616 calories. I did the first 10 minutes of Chalean's Recharge but did not use the HR monitor. I really needed to hit the grocery store before the close for Christmas Eve. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas.:D
