Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for weekend of 12/17

I did workout yesterday, I did STS Squat Rack Legs. Had a good workout. Instead of listening to Cathe, I put music on and just did the workout myself. It's easy with legs because you just do 4 sets of exercises with a 2:30 min. rest.

4 sets/7 reps with 2:30 min. rest

Squats - 90# (up 10#)

Elevated Deadlifts - 70# (up 5#)

Leg Press Station - 175# (up 20#)

Static Lunge - 75# (up 5#)
 
No workout today. I should have bought something with me to do though since DH is in a meeting and I am sitting in a hotel. I will be busy whence get home later today. We have been looking at houses and have a couple more to go see.

Debbie, good job on the leg work. You are right the format for The legs is pretty simple.
