#4: Salmon steak, 3/4 cup mixed veggies, 2 tbsp ranch dressing, 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Dallys: Yes, it is similar to Atkins, but tweaked for bodybuilders. Slightly higher in carbs, making sure there's enough protein to prevent lean mass loss. On days I do weights, I intake a shake w/1 scoop pp & 8 oz fruit juice (carbs & protein). That does not go to my daily total.
