Yeah Diane Sue. Tracy's weight blast or what ever it called. . She uses the ball and bosu. The one where she balances on her knees on the ball. I used the bosu. I don't want to break my neck. LOL..
I haven't done the whole bosu workout with amy yet. I wanted the weight portion, so i tried it last night..
Ok, i ordered the p90 x and the bar.. I am gonna give Tony another shot..
Maybe i will get more motivated again. As for i am pushing me to work out lately..
I did Cc#1 original.2.6 miles 400 cal and around 35 min . I ended the cool down early . I had to get a bath..I pushed it today. I did the sprints at7, 8 and 9mph and stayed at 4mph for the warm up and rest periods. Once i got my butt moving , i was all into it. Just getting me moving.I was soaked.
These am workouts are hard to get my butt in gear..I know once i get moving i am good, but..OOOH just getting out of bed an hour early..
