Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 2/10

Yesterday, I got off work only 30 minutes earlier. I'm feeling better, took flu medicine and off to bed, slept good:rolleyes: This morning, I did Imax 2 I really adore this workout.

This morning I slept a little later. So tired from coughing and stuffy all night. I still got in a good workout. I did Chalean Extreme Push workout # 3 week 4 of this workout. 35 minutes 208 calories and upped some of the weights:D I then did Les Mills Pump Step workout 31 min, 283 calories, HR 137-160. I finished with Kelly Coffey's Your Best Body yoga segment because the step workout only has a 45 second stretch. 6 min, 38 calories. Total time was 72 min and calories burned was 529.
