Morning Ladies! How are you guys? I have dropped 1.5% Body fate since 1/31!!! YAY!!!

Today I am going to workout with bands and try to get the Husband involved with partner exercises!

I am getting ready to go do STS legs disc 6. I did my weight and bodyfat this morning. Was really surprised that it was 9.1% since I was thinking around 13% and weighed in at 114. I have cut back on some of the cardio. I think I really need to add some muscle weight. Last time I measured I was at 11% bf. When I did P90X using the first part of the nutrition plan throughout I got down to 8.3% bf. Does anyone else have the accumeasure digital fat caliper? It measures three points. I take each of the points tilll I get a consistant reading at least 3 times. I have cleaned up my diet lately from what it was(except for the m&m's Thursday) We have a plumber coming to fix a leak this morning. I will come back in awhile and post my workout.

Morning! I did 4DS upper body premix (takes forever!) and then KCM's cardio bootcamp premix from her 30 minutes to fitness. I burned 490 calories doing weights and 302 calories from the cardio.

Diane Sue: Wow, that's low. I don't think mine has ever been quite near 10%- I only have the manual calipers but think the digital sounds pretty neat. I may have to look into it. Are they expensive?

Ally: Woo hoo! :) Good for you.

Have to run- we are going to my nephew's baptism today and I have to get moving and get the kids clean and respectable. Happy valentine's day!
 
I am down 2 lbs. from last week and about .5% body fat! :)

Todays workout was kick ass! DH set up his surround sound speakers in my workout room and I blasted my music. Man, what a difference that makes. I mean, I always listen to music when I workout, but my little comuter speakers just don't sound like these speakers do. I loved it and want to get me a set.

I worked Back, Biceps and Abs and really had a good sweaty workout.

10 minutes on treadmill doing slow jog.

1 minute rest between each set.

BACK
Underhand Barbell Rows:
45# - 15/15 (warmup)
***Went as flat back as I could. This makes a huge difference.
52# - 10
55# - 10
57# - 10
***Definitely time to increase here.

One-Arm Dumbbell Rows:
30# - 10
32# - 10
35# - 10 (up 1 rep)

BICEPS
EZ Curls:
30# - 15/15 (warmup)
45# - 10
47# - 10 (up 1 rep)
50# - 8 (up 1 rep)
***EZ my ass. These kill!

Incline Dumbbell Curls:
15's - 10
17's - 10
20's - 10 (up 2 reps)
***Got a great burn with this.

ABS
I did the Oxygen tri-set workout that I love:

Hanging Knee Raises
Bench V-Ups
Bench Reverse Crunch

***Did all these with 15 reps then rested 1 minute. Did it again with 12 reps each, rested 1 minute. Did it again with 10 reps each.
KILLER!!!!
