Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 10/5

Today was STS Disc 5, Back and Triceps. Had a really good workout. Went heavier then last week and so far, so good.

I woke up with a headache and I think I'm getting a cold or a sinus infection. My head was all plugged and I can't stop sneezing. Tis that time of year I suppose. Luckily I had a decongenstant and that seems to be helping. All I wanted to do was go back to bed. Glad I didn't, I felt so much better after my workout.
 
Morning :D

Yesterday, went to Bally's I got there later than I planned; I had a couch delivery which was suppose to happen between 1 and 4 but do-do happens. Anywho, finally got to gym at 7 for world pool and steam. And it felted really. I ended up sleeping late got up hit the showers and off to work, still late:eek:

I plan to do d-2 tonight:)
 
Today I just did Turbo Fire Sculpt 30 with the tubing and budokon strength and flexibility. This was a little over an hour and around 236 calories. Tomorrow I am going back to hitting the workouts hard again. I just needed a break for a bit.
