This morning I did Athletic step extreme premix from the low impact series. Lots of shoulder work here. I think you double up on the step work and no biceps, triceps, or core. 43 min, 383 calories, max hr 165 avg 137. I then did Chalean extreme burn phase 1 lower chest back 37 min 238 calories, then Turbo fire stretch 10 and some TRX shoulder and chest stretching 17 min, 74 cal. Total time was 97 min and calories burned 695.

Linda, I had to post quickly earlier because dh was calling from Afghanistan. I have really missed your posts. You know we all have to lighten up once in awhile. Some of those injuries take forever to mend. Probably because when we feel a little better we jump right back in. You are doing great. Kelly Coffey is not easy either. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving. I do not get dinner till 5 so I am eating like I would normally because I know if I starve myself I will just go crazy when I get there.
