This morning I did Chalean Extreme Lean phase workout #1 biceps, triceps, and legs 45 min, 293 calories. I upped some of the weights. Then I did Chalean Extreme Ab Burner 11 min, 65 calories, using a 20# dumbbell for the crunch move she does and lowered to 8# for the twists because that thickens the waist if I go heavy. I followed with Tracey's Bootcamp Metabolic conditioning workout one which requires no equipment using my rebounder for jump squats and star jacks. This was 39 min and calories burned was 391. This was the highest I think I have done with this but I added extra and did the more advanced moves. Total time was 95 min and calories burned was 749.

Started workout late today. I did KPC & KM leg drills.
